Note: Only firms that offer "family friendly" products or services will be permitted to take part in this program. We define "family friendly" under the same guidelines that are used when rating website content.

During our development phase

1. You select the date(s) that you want your company to be recognized.
2. Your company is given exclusive recognition on your selected day(s).
3. A special recognition page is created for your company that may contain your logo, e-mail address and a link to your website.
4. Once your date is confirmed and you have approved your recognition page, you will be asked to choose your payment method.
5. A link to your recognition page will appear on the index page and at least 2 other selected pages within SharkSurvivor.com.
6. We will send a portion of your fee to the sponsored organization of your choice.
7. Your company name will be included in the database used for the "View our Sponsors" areas of the site.

SharkSurvivor, Inc. will accept payment by check or credit card.

1. Payment by Check:
   We will accept either a company or personal check made out to SharkSurvivor, Inc. Checks must clear at least 10 business days prior to your scheduled recognition date.

2. Credit Card:
   When your recognition dates are confirmed, your card will be charged for any dates scheduled in the current and next month. Thereafter, your credit card will be processed on a monthly basis, charging the total fees due for any confirmed dates scheduled in the upcoming month.

3. Corporate Accounts:
   Firms that have an established history of timely payments may apply for corporate account status. Under this plan, pre-payment is no longer required.

For each new recognition page created and approved, there is a non-refundable $50 set-up fee included in the cost.

In the unlikely event that your link is not visible on SharkSurvivor.com on your confirmed date (verified by the server logs), you will be entitled to select 2 comparable replacement dates.
